Return and Refund Policy

A. Returns or exchanges

All orders are custom made, we only accept refund and returning with product defects on our responsibility such as wrong design, wrong size, quality defects, order missing while delivery.

In case you found any mistake with your order, please email us with photos showing the defects within (7) days after order get delivered to your address.

No nonsense return policy
• Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. 
• Purchases made with a credit card: credit will be issued to the original card. Original card must be presented at time of return.


Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for any customs fee, if needed, for importation from your country.

B. Change Size or Change Design

Within 24 hours that orders being placed, please email us for canceling the previous order. After we confirm your cancelation, buyers can place a new order with the size or design of your choice.


C. Cancellation


Buyers are allowed to cancel the order within 24 hours after order being placed by contacting us via email. Beyond this, you can no longer cancel your order and withdraw the payment made. After this time window, orders will be sent to the factory for production, therefore no cancellation is possible.

D. Delivery Costs

 a. Free delivery charge for items for exchange and returns. Simply return the product to us in good condition.

b. No refund of the delivery charge will be provided in case of a product exchange or returns.

Please note: We exercise your statutory right to cancel if the product is defective.

c. As our return policy, we only refund the value of the goods ordered.

d. A full refund including delivery fees will be provided for faulty and defective products.
